Which meals and on which days are included in the tickets?

Meals for the three days of the conference are included in your ticket. Coffee break, lunch and dinner are programmed for each of the days.

In addition, the prices of the hotels recommended by CIMAM include breakfast.

Will the organization arrange the transportation during the conference?

How can I get from the airport to my hotel?

The most convenient way to get to downtown Palma from the airport is by taking a taxi taking only 20 minutes to the city centre.

There are also buses that take you to the city centre.

How can I get from my hotel to Es Baluard Museu d'Art Contemporani de Palma?

All the recommended hotels are walking distance from Es Baluard Museu d'Art Contemporani de Palma.

Every morning there will be someone from the organizing team leading the way to the conference venue at all hotels CIMAM recommended hotels except for Hotel Melia Marina Palma.

Is there any kind of transportation programmed for Day 2 to Casa Esment?

Buses are scheduled to transfer the whole group from the hotels to Casa Esment.

Departure time is at 8:30 a.m.

If your accommodation is not among the hotels recommended by CIMAM, go to the meeting point (Hotel) closest to you.

I have booked a different hotel for the Conference than the hotel arranged for the Post-Conference tour. Will this be a problem?

No, the organizing team will arrange the transfer from one hotel to the other.

My return flight is scheduled before the end of the Post-Tour. Will this be a problem?

Not at all, organizers will help you to book a taxi. Please inform us about this beforehand.

What is the main language spoken in Palma? Will people understand me if I speak in English?

Catalan and Spanish are the official languages in the Balearic Islands. However, the entire CIMAM team speaks English, and you will have no problem communicating with them.

Are there any Covid restrictions in Spain?

Only the use of masks is obligatory in public transport, health centers, and pharmacies.

Do I need to present any kind of documentation related to Covid to enter Spain?
