Cancellation Policies: Conference and Tours
Registration is only completed once the payment has been received.
Payments should be completed within the next 30 natural days after the registration form has been submitted.
After that time, your seat will be released.
Once the tickets have been paid, a confirmation e-mail and receipt will be sent to the email address submitted in this form.
Conference registration includes 11-13 November:
— Access to all conference sessions
— Conference lunches, dinners and refreshment breaks
— Access to organized visits
— Coach service to and from planned visits
— Profile at the Who is Who and full access to the online platform with chat and other interactive functionalities to connect with all conference attendees.
— Accommodation and airfare are not included
Conference cancellation policy:
— Full payment is required at the time of booking
— Fully refundable prior to August 15th, 2022
— 50% refundable between August 15th and September 1st, 2022
— Non-refundable after September 1st, 2022
— Deadline to register is September 30th, 2022
If you have registered and tested positive for COVID-19, we will refund you up to the cost of the virtual ticket upon presentation of a medical certificate.
CIMAM reserves the right to cancel the on-site events of the Annual Conference if the international situation due to COVID-19 worsens, and mobility restrictions make it impossible to hold the event in person. In this case, the CIMAM Annual Conference would be held entirely virtual.
The 3-day online registration includes:
— Access to all speaker presentations and Q&A.
— Access to the networking session and both workshops.
— Access to virtual visits to the main exhibitions in Palma (Mallorca).
— Profile at the Who is Who and full access to the online platform with chat and other interactive functionalities to connect with all conference attendees.
The 1-day online registration includes:
— Access to the speaker presentations and Q&A of that day.
— Access to the networking session or workshop of that day.
— Access to the virtual visits to the main exhibitions of that day.
— Profile for 1 day at the Who is Who and full access to the online platform with chat and other interactive functionalities to connect with all conference attendees for 1 day.
Online cancellation policy:
— 50% refundable only for 3-day tickets between 01 September and 15 September 2022
— Non-refundable after 15 September 2022
— Online registration closes on Friday 4 November 2022
The pre-conference tour program to Eivissa (Ibiza) includes:
— Return Flight from Palma to Eivissa (Ibiza)
— Transportation in Eivissa (Ibiza)
— Lunch in Eivissa (Ibiza)
— Access to organized visits in Eivissa (Ibiza)
