  CIMAM has officially closed the Call for Nominations for the sixth edition of the Outstanding Museum Practice Award (OMPA) 2026. The submission deadline concluded on April 15, 2026, at midnight (CEST).

• From Local Initiatives to Structural Transformation

  

  Webinar held on Monday, 23 March, featuring a conversation with the 2025 OMPA awardees, exploring three museum practices distinguished by their exemplary vision and their capacity to drive structural transformation across modern and contemporary art museums worldwide.

  The 2026-28 CIMAM Outstanding Museum Practice Award steering committee consists of CIMAM Board members: Kamini Sawhney (Chair), Joselina Cruz, Shabbir Hussain Mustafa, Amanda de la Garza, Pablo Lafuente, and Stephanie Rosenthal.
