Andana Restaurant by Chef Maca de Castro
Maca de Castro is a Mallorcan-born chef who, among many achievements earned over her long and illustrious career, was awarded the Green Michelin star in 2021 for outstanding sustainable restaurant practices. Andana serves up a rich blend of Mallorquin inspired food made with produce fresh from their own garden in Sa Pobla.
