Registration Fees to CIMAM 2026

CIMAM Registration Fees are aligned with ICOM's and with CIMAM's membership groups (see also the list below):

  • CIMAM Members residing in Group A → 450,00€
  • CIMAM Members residing in Group B → 450,00€
  • CIMAM Members residing in Group C → 350,00€
  • CIMAM Members residing in Group D → 350,00€
  • CIMAM Members residing in Group E → 350,00€
  • Non-CIMAM Members → 590,00€
  • Optional Post-Tour to Victoria Falls → 650,00€

→ CIMAM offers two different fees aligned with ICOM by using the same criteria by country, according to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita by Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) of every State, ensuring equal access to CIMAM for all professionals around the world:

  • GROUP A: 450,00€ per participant

Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Darussalam, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Holy See, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Qatar, Republic of Korea, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America.

  • GROUP B: 450,00€ per participant

Bahamas, Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Oman, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Uruguay.

  • GROUP C: 350,00€ per participant

  • GROUP E: 350,00€ per participant

Registration to the 3-day conference (20-22 November 2026) includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions and organized visits.
  • Conference lunches, dinners, and refreshment breaks.
  • Transportation service to and from planned visits.
  • Personal profile with photo and email in the Who's Who section of the CIMAM website, available for all conference attendees.
  • *Accommodation, visa, and airfare are not included*.

Registration to the 2-day optional post-tour to Victoria Falls includes:

Extend your trip by adding a ticket (650,00€) to the Post-Conference Tour (Monday 23 - Tuesday 24 November 2026).

  • Two-way transportation from/to Harare.
  • 1 night accommodation.
  • Lunches, dinners, and refreshment breaks as indicated in the program.
  • Transportation and access to organized visits.
  • *All tour attendees must be registered for the conference as well*.

Important information about the registration to the CIMAM Annual Conference and Post-Tour:

→ CIMAM applies the following Cancellation Policies:

  • Fully refundable before 1 August 2026.
  • 50% refundable between 1 and 15 August 2026.
  • Non-refundable after 15 August 2026.
  • Registration closes on 30 September 2026.
  • Note: In past years, all spots were fully booked by the end of July. We recommend registering early to secure your place.

*The reimbursement does not cover travel, accommodation, or any additional related costs.

→ The deadline to register for the event is 30 September 2026.

→ The number of seats is limited.

→ In case of a waiting list, CIMAM Members will receive priority access, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

→ Registration is only complete once the payment has been received in full. Payments should be completed within the next 30 days after the registration form has been submitted. If payment is not received within 30 days of registration, the spot will be released.

→ Before booking your flight and accommodation, check with the CIMAM's Executive Office to ensure your seat is confirmed and seats are available. Priority will be given to CIMAM Members.
