Why Recoleta for CIMAM 2023?
Recoleta is one of the classic, historical neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Articulated between important avenues such as Avenida Alvear, Avenida del Libertador and Avenida Callao, and historical sites such as the Iglesia del Pilar, the Hotel Alvear Palace and former iconic residential buildings that today host, among others, the Embassies of France and Brazil. It is a prosperous area, highly chosen and visited by tourists.

Within 48 hours of making the reservation, recover 100%.
After 48 hours and within 30 days after the reservation, only 40% is recovered.
After 30 days there is no refund.

Cancellation within 48 hours of making the reservation has a 100% refund. After that period, the reimbursement percentage will be set according to the required anticipation.
General Conditions for all hotels
- The accommodation rates quoted are expressed in US dollars.
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- It does not include the local tax for permission to spend the night, which varies from USD 1.5% to 3% of the rate paid per night, depending on the hotel.
- VAT (Value Added Tax) is only charged to Argentine residents; foreigners are exempt from this tax.
- Check in at the hotels is at 3:00 p.m.
- Check out at the hotels is at 12:00 p.m.
