Conference Registration

Registration for the 55th edition of CIMAM's Annual Conference is now open!

"The Co-Creative Museum: Social Agency, Ethics, and Heritage" will take place from 9 to 11 November 2023 hosted by the Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The deadline to register for this event is September 30th.

• 3-day conference (9-11 November): €350.00 for CIMAM Members (€490.00 for Non-CIMAM Members)
• Optional Post-Tour fee to Salta (12-13 November): +€490.00

The fee for the 3-day conference (9-11 November) includes:

— Access to all conference sessions.
— Conference lunches, dinners, and refreshment breaks as indicated in the program.
— Access to organized visits (including the visit to the opera at Teatro Colon on day 1).
— Transportation service to and from planned visits as indicated in the program.
— Profile at the Who is Who.
— Accommodation and airfare are not included.

The conference cancellation policy is the following:

— Conference registration is fully refundable prior to 15 August 2023
— 50% refundable between 15 August and 1 September 2023
— Non-refundable after 1 September 2023
— Registration closes on 30 September 2023

*The reimbursement does not cover travel, accommodation, or any additional costs related. We strongly encourage participants to opt for travel options that have free cancellation policies.

→ Registration is only complete once the payment has been received. Payments should be completed within the next 30 natural days after the registration form has been submitted.
