CIMAM is pleased to provide our community with a wide variety of tickets suitable to everyone’s needs.
The organization is aware of individuals' particular needs and therefore offers various modalities to attend the different events on the conference program.

ATTEND ONLINE - THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS 9 NOVEMBER.
3-Day Online Pass
- €60.00 CIMAM Member (€75.00 Non-CIMAM Member)
The 3-day online registration includes:
— Access to all speaker presentations and Q&A.
— Access to the networking session and both workshops.
— Access to virtual visits to the main exhibitions in Palma (Mallorca).
— Profile at the Who is Who and full access to the online platform with chat and other interactive functionalities to connect with all conference attendees.
1-Day Online Pass
- €30,00 CIMAM Member (€45,00 Non-CIMAM Member)
The 1-day online registration includes:
— Access to the speaker presentations and Q&A of that day.
— Access to the networking session or workshop of that day.
— Access to the virtual visits to the main exhibitions of that day.
— Profile for 1 day at the Who is Who and full access to the online platform with chat and other interactive
functionalities to connect with all conference attendees for 1 day.
CIMAM reserves the right to cancel the on-site events of the Annual Conference if the international situation due to COVID-19 worsens, and mobility restrictions make it impossible to hold the event in person. In this case, the CIMAM Annual Conference would be scheduled entirely virtually, and the organization will reimburse the amount paid by participants except for the fee to attend the 3 days online.
If on previous days to the conference, delegates are diagnosed as covid positive, CIMAM will reimburse* the full amount of their CIMAM Annual Conference ticket except for the online congress fee. A health certificate as proof of medical condition will be required.
In addition to this, if the delegates are forced to cancel their attendance due to last-minute travel restrictions in country origin or destination (entry to Spain), CIMAM will reimburse* the full amount of their CIMAM Annual Conference ticket except for the online congress fee.
*The reimbursement does not cover travel, accommodation, or any additional costs related. We strongly encourage participants to opt for travel options that have free cancellation policies.
