CIMAM reserves the right to cancel the on-site events of the Annual Conference if the international situation due to COVID-19 worsens, and mobility restrictions make it impossible to hold the event in person. In this case, the CIMAM Annual Conference would be scheduled entirely virtually, and the organization will reimburse the amount paid by participants except for the fee to attend the 3 days online.

If in previous days to the conference, delegates are diagnosed as covid positive, CIMAM will reimburse* the full amount of their CIMAM Annual Conference ticket except for the online congress fee. A health certificate as proof of medical condition will be required.

In addition to this, if the delegates are forced to cancel their ticket due to last-minute travel restrictions in country origin or destination (entry to Poland), CIMAM will reimburse* the full amount of their CIMAM Annual Conference ticket except for the online congress fee.

*The reimbursement does not cover travel, accommodation, or any additional costs related. We strongly encourage participants to opt for travel options that have free cancellation policies.
