Registration Fees to CIMAM 2024

CIMAM Registration Fees are aligned with ICOM's and with CIMAM's membership groups (see also the list below):
- CIMAM Members residing in Group A → 450,00€
- CIMAM Members residing in Group B → 450,00€
- CIMAM Members residing in Group C → 350,00€
- CIMAM Members residing in Group D → 350,00€
- CIMAM Members residing in Group E → 350,00€
- Non-CIMAM Members → 590,00€
- Optional Post-Tour to the Desert → 540,00€
→ CIMAM offers two different fees aligned with ICOM by using the same criteria by country, according to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita by Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) of every State, ensuring equal access to CIMAM for all professionals around the world:
- GROUP A: 450,00€ per participant

- GROUP B: 450,00€ per participant

Registration to the 3-day conference (6-8 December) includes:
- Access to all conference sessions and organized visits.
- Conference lunches, dinners, and refreshment breaks as indicated in the program.
- Transportation service to and from planned visits as indicated in the program.
- Profile at the Who is Who of the digital Conference Booklet.
- *Accommodation and airfare are not included*.
Registration to the 2-day optional post-tour to the Desert (9-10 December) includes:
Extend your trip by adding a ticket (540,00€) to the Post-Conference Tour.
- Two-way transportation from Los Angeles to Palm Springs by coach from 9 to 10 December.
- Accommodation, 1 night in Palm Springs (check-in 9/check-out 10).
- Lunches, dinners, and refreshment breaks as indicated in the program.
- Transportation and access to organized visits.
- *All tour attendees must be registered for the conference as well*.
Important information about the registration to the CIMAM Annual Conference and Post-Tour:
→ CIMAM applies the following Cancellation Policies:
- Conference registration is fully refundable before 15 August 2024
- 50% refundable between 15 August and 1 September 2024
- Non-refundable after 1 September 2024
- Registration closes on 30 September 2024
*The reimbursement does not cover travel, accommodation, or any additional costs related.
→ The deadline to register for the event is 30 September 2024.
→ The number of seats is limited.
→ In case of a waiting list, CIMAM members will receive priority access, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
→ Registration is only complete once the payment has been received. Payments should be completed within the next 30 natural days after the registration form has been submitted.
