Biography

Hama Goro is a curator and cultural project manager whose practice lies at the intersection of contemporary art, cultural development, and social innovation. His work combines exhibition-making, cultural mediation, and community-based initiatives that explore the role of art in fostering dialogue, social cohesion, and sustainable development.

His academic background reflects a specialization in cultural and artistic project management, communication, and social dynamics, providing a strong foundation in project design, coordination, and evaluation, as well as a critical understanding of cultural issues across Africa.

Professionally, Hama GORO has developed multidisciplinary practice as a cultural project coordinator, exhibition curator, facilitator of creative programs, and advocate for culture as a catalyst for social change. He connects and leads collaborative initiatives that intertwine artistic practice with social engagement, emphasizing participation, cultural exchange, and community impact.

His projects include Polyphony for Peace, The Brushes of Integration Mali/Burkina Faso, and Jigifa Bulon (Vestibule of Hope), which explore innovative approaches to collaborative creation, intercultural dialogue, and cultural action in support of local communities.
