  CIMAM – International Committee for Museums and Collections of Modern Art – is an Affiliated Organization of ICOM. Founded in 1962, CIMAM’s vision is a world where the contribution of museums, collections, and archives of modern and contemporary art to the cultural, social, and economic well-being of society is recognized and respected.

  Suhanya Raffel, Director of M+ Hong Kong, was appointed CIMAM President for the 2023-25 period by the outgoing and newly elected Board members during the CIMAM 2022 Annual Conference that took place in Palma, Mallorca, Spain.

• CIMAM's Code of Ethics

  

  13 September 2023. The creation of this Code of Ethics underscores CIMAM's dedication to recognizing and valuing its various stakeholders. It defines the obligations and rights of the organization in its interactions with these stakeholders to achieve different goals of equal value while establishing standards of conduct that safeguard the organization's integrity and promote its long-term growth.
