  The Art Charter for Climate Action (ACCA) is a visual arts sector-led alliance convened with UN Climate Change. The founding alliance and steering committee is comprised of ART 2030, the Gallery Climate Coalition, the International Committee for Museums and Collections of Modern Art (CIMAM), and Julie’s Bicycle, who have a combined representation of over 1000 members in over 70 countries.

  CIMAM joins the Global Call to Action: Put Culture at the Heart of Climate Action at a crucial time, following the historic agreement reached on December 13 at COP28 in Dubai, which signals the "beginning of the end" of the fossil fuel era by laying the groundwork for a rapid, just and equitable transition, backed by deep emissions cuts and scaled-up financing, and which aims to send a strong message to investors and policymakers about the world's united effort to combat climate change.

  CIMAM joins the Getting Climate Control Under Control Declaration, initiated by Tino Sehgal, ART 2030, and Ki Culture, to promote good museum practice that contributes to reducing carbon emissions from museums by 50% by 2030.
